Admission is free for Las Vegas residents. brnbsp; brThe convention is a once in a lifetime opportunity to be tattooed by the worldapos;s top artists from around the globe. Industry icons from Japan and Samoa that are otherwise unavailable have been flown in to Las Vegas to work on convention goers. Other expected attendees include Duff McKagan (Velvet Revolver, Guns Napos; Roses), Evan Sienfeld (Biohazard), Sully Erna (Godsmack), Billy Duffy (The Cult) and Jerry Cantrell (Alice In Chains).
