Voting Question: Im trying to change my style. Where’s the best place to shop?

i want to be more scene then i am.
so do you guys know places where you can go to buy cheap clothes like below. (not online please.)
i want to buy;
band shirts.. preferably rock and metal.
high tops, DCs, or Etnies.
studs! lots of them… chockers, braclets, and belts.
lots and lots of black!
oh, and i really need a good skateboard, my boyfriend broke my other one xD
name stores where some stuff can be found at.. CHEAPish.
