Resolved Question: Etnies or Vans skate shoes?

So in all the questions I’ve read, people are saying get vans, they’re the best!!! and others are saying get Etnies, definatly Etnies!!!

I know that everyone has their own opinion and thats fine, but I’m really looking for some cool and comfortable skate shoes that have good grip..
I was thinking of getting a pair of Etnies, but I want the answer from you skaters out there..

Could you please rate Etnies and Vans on a scale of 1-10 and name any other labels that are great.
